Work you’ll do:

 

Client to Cash:

  • Responsible for client master data creation and maintenance.
  • Responsible for e invoicing and collection
  • Responsible for engagement creation and maintenance

Purchase to Pay:

  • Raise and review purchase requisition.
  • Vendor invoice coding and claim processing.
  • Vendor master data creation and maintenance.
  • Review payment proposal and clearing.
  • E-invoice – self billed for overseas invoices.

Record to Report:

  • Raise and review journals.
  • Review and monitor fixed assets.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including cost centers, cashflow etc.

Statutory:

  • Liaise with auditor for annual audit.
  • Liaise with tax agent for tax related matters and tax computation.
  • Review withholding tax & SST submission.

Administrative:

  • Ad hoc tasks, project testing etc assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Diploma or Degree in Finance & Accounting.
  • More than 2 years of working experience in Finance with knowledge in SAP System required.
  • Moderate exposure in other accounting functions. Has applied skills in various working environment and may have trained or guided others in this area.
  • Has been trained and had extensive exposure in SAP accounting transactions. Has applied skills in various working environment and may have trained or guided others in this application.
  • Strong MS office tools knowledge (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Understands basic concepts and application of the tool in day-to-day use. Has applied skill in working environment and may have trained or guided others in the application.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
