  Responsibilities

• Assist in the production for marketing collateral which includes e-newsletter, show guide, show directory, etc.
• Assist in overall social media content creation, copy writing, video editing and research.
• Ensure show websites are fully up to-date with latest information.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
• Source potential clients, partners and leads generation to increase the visitor and exhibitor prospects.
• To work on various targeted online marketing channels and social media to promote the event.
• Liaise with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns.
• Provide assistance to Project team before, during and after the event, and
• Perform other duties as needed in the true spirit of Teamwork.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen interest in digital marketing and content creation
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (word, ppt, excel), Canva, etc.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Able to do at least 3 months internship (full working from the office on Monday - Friday)
• Available to start as soon as possible
