About the Role
 

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join Beoka Malaysia, an award-winning wellness and recovery brand under DGE Group. If you’re passionate about sports, fitness, and healthcare, and enjoy helping people discover products that improve recovery and performance while strengthening partnerships within the sports and wellness community, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities across sports, fitness, and healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, healthcare professionals, and distributors to drive sustained business growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.
  • Support marketing and eCommerce campaigns to boost product awareness and conversions.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and healthcare activations to promote beoka products.
  • Track sales performance and market trends to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (sports, fitness, or healthcare background preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing & negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented.
  • Passionate about wellness, fitness, and helping others improve their health and recovery.
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude and drive are encouraged to apply.
