 Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting products to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and purchasing managers.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Product Knowledge: Actively present, demonstrate, and educate clients on medical products, equipment, or pharmaceuticals.
• Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and report on market trends.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate sales records, submit orders, and prepare sales forecasts.
• Account Growth: Manage tender participation and follow up on installations and after-sales service. 

Job Requirements

 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and clinical data.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Attributes: Target-oriented, persuasive, and willing to travel frequently.
