<h3>🎯 Your Core Responsibility:</h3>
You will be fully accountable for the performance of the brand under your care — from content strategy to TikTok Shop operations. This means creating content that converts, running the backend like a pro, and constantly optimizing for growth. &nbsp;
 Content Creation &amp; Marketing
<ul>
<li>Plan, shoot, and edit engaging TikTok videos that drive product discovery and sales.</li>
<li>Stay on top of TikTok trends, audio, and algorithm shifts to maximize reach.</li>
<li>Collaborate with influencers/KOLs where relevant to boost brand exposure</li>
<li>Continuously test and improve content angles, hooks, and CTAs based on data. E-Commerce Operations:</li>
<li>Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on TikTok Shop.</li>
<li>Handle order fulfillment, customer inquiries, and after-sales support.</li>
<li>Monitor shop performance, analyze data, and optimize sales strategies.</li>
</ul>
