OBJECTIVE:
Drive online sales growth by leading, developing, and executing marketing strategies through social ads, content, and strategic campaigns that drive revenue and strengthen brand positioning in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Paid Advertising Management:

<li>Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and TikTok to maximize brand revenue and engagement.</li>
<li>Manage audience targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation for optimal performance.</li>
<li>Conduct A/B testing on visuals and ad copies to improve campaign results.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize strategies based on insights.</li>

Content Creation &amp; Partnership Collaboration:

<li>Craft compelling ad creatives, such as videos and graphics, that resonate with platform audiences and drive conversions.</li>
<li>Develop and edit creative content for social media, including videos, reels, and posts.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, external content creators, and strategic partners to curate high-quality content and expand market reach for sales growth.</li>

Marketplace Sales Optimization:

<li>Oversee a full spectrum of marketing and operational activities on eCommerce platforms such as TikTok.</li>
<li>Optimize storefront and product listings to enhance conversion rates.</li>

Business Development &amp; Growth:
