We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Software Project Executive to support the management and execution of website and software-related projects. &nbsp;
This role combines elements of client servicing, project coordination, website operations, QA testing, and basic frontend/backend website management. You will act as the bridge between clients and the internal development team, ensuring projects, maintenance tasks, and updates are delivered smoothly and efficiently. &nbsp;
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organisation, problem-solving, and has a strong interest in digital products, websites, and software workflows. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;
Client &amp; Project Coordination
<ul>
<li>Communicate with clients regarding software projects, website updates, maintenance requests, and technical issues</li>
<li>Gather client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs or task documentation</li>
<li>Coordinate with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution</li>
<li>Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals</li>
<li>Assist in preparing project documentation, website briefs, specifications, and meeting notes</li>
</ul>
Website &amp; Software Operations
<ul>
<li>Handle adhoc website updates and content changes via CMS platforms such as WordPress</li>
<li>Assist with basic frontend/backend website management and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Support ongoing website maintenance and ensure tasks are tracked properly</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and prepare status or maintenance reports when required</li>
</ul>
QA &amp; Testing
<ul>
<li>Perform website and system testing across desktop and mobile devices</li>
<li>Identify, document, and report bugs or UI/UX issues clearly to developers</li>
<li>Conduct pre-launch checks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards</li>
<li>Assist in verifying fixes and updates after deployment</li>
</ul>

• Coordinate clients, translate briefs, liaise with designers/devs, run updates and QA.
• Deliver website &amp; software projects; bridge clients and internal teams.
• Get hands-on CMS, frontend/backend &amp; QA exposure; own client-facing delivery!
