Role Purpose

You will solve a specific gap in our sales pipeline by turning inbound and outbound leads into confirmed reservations and repeat customers. Your role keeps revenue steady by improving conversion rates and ensuring our front-line teams receive clear, timely booking information.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Sales Outreach

• Make outbound calls to prospects and respond to inbound enquiries with a clear, friendly sales pitch.
• Qualify leads quickly and prioritise high-potential callers for follow-up.
• Share promotional offers and upsell relevant services to increase average booking value.

Customer Engagement

• Confirm bookings and record customer preferences to improve future service.
• Handle customer questions and resolve simple issues on the spot or escalate when needed.
• Follow up with leads via phone or SMS to convert tentative enquiries into confirmed visits.

Operations & Reporting

• Log all calls, outcomes, and next steps into the CRM each day for transparency and handover.
• Provide weekly call and conversion reports to your supervisor to show trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with front-line staff to ensure accurate availability and smooth customer arrival.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum education: SPM or equivalent is acceptable for entry into this role.
• 0 years of prior telesales experience is acceptable; we welcome fresh graduates and career changers.
• Willingness to train on our product range and booking procedures with a customer-first attitude.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong telephone skills with clear spoken English and polite phone manner.
• Familiarity with telemarketing or sales prospecting techniques, or willingness to learn them quickly.
• Basic CRM usage to record leads, set reminders, and update booking statuses.
• Comfort using simple office tools such as email and spreadsheets to track outreach and results.
