As part of the work that we do, we are looking for candidates who possess a curiosity and hunger to learn and master the fundamentals of integrated marketing. In your role, you will undertake a primary but key support function - from research, reporting, client and project management, as well as new business development across both online and offline platforms; all while developing and growing your own skillset within the creative spectrum of integrated marketing services.

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Assist the team lead with day-to-day client account management and operational tasks. 
2. Work with internal teams on deliverables, campaigns, ideas, and solutions for our clients. 
3. Ensuring deadlines, timelines and deliverables are met in a timely fashion. 
4. End-to-end project management, encompassing primarily creative-related client projects. 
5. Assist with account growth and development of new business.
6. Ensuring smoothness of workflow between internal teams working on deliverables.
7. Proofreading and quality control of all outgoing deliverables daily.
8. Client negotiations, ideations and problem – solving. 
9. Research and reporting.

Job Requirements

1. An interest in project management, creative design, social and digital media and/or content marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
2. A passion for all things marketing, and a desire to learn and grow.
3. Good research skills.
4. Good attention to detail.
5. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and be flexible.
7. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
8. A teachable attitude and a strong will.
9. Good team player.
10. Good oral and written communication skills – a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must. The ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a bonus.
