As a JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER with us, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects – from brand development and digital campaigns to print materials – all while receiving mentorship from experienced designers. YOUR ROLE INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Create compelling visual content for a diverse range of clients, including websites, social media campaigns, branding, advertisements, and print materials.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and business team to develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute your fresh ideas to enhance design strategies.
- Support with design revisions based on client feedback, ensuring all designs meet client expectations and project goals.
- Prepare design files for production and ensure high-quality standards across both digital and print formats.
- Maintain consistency in design execution and ensure all materials adhere to brand standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, new tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and keep our agency's output fresh and innovative.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1- year professional designing experience with portfolio of work. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be proficient in basic programs of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Organized, dependable and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
- Very strong research skills, time management and planning skills.
- Desire to learn fast, self-motivated and organized.
- Camera operation is a plus.
