Objective

The Junior Graphic Designer is an essential part of our creative team, assisting in the development ofvisually striking designs for both online and offline media. This role is not only about acquiring and refiningtechnical skills, but it's also about bringing creativity to the table. You'll be joining ideation sessions,pitching campaign-themed designs, and adapting key visuals across various platforms and channels. Incollaboration with Senior Graphic Designers and the Creative Director, you will have the chance to learnand immerse in our company's brand identity while contributing to effective visual communication for ouraudience. Position Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital and print materials including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, emails, brochures, logos, and presentations
• Participate in ideation sessions, contribute to the development of design concepts, and pitch campaign-themed designs and visuals
• Adapt key visuals for different platforms and channels under the guidance of Senior Graphic Designers
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
• Assist in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and meeting of deadlines
• Stay informed about design trends, software updates, and new techniques to enhance skill set and the quality of designs produced
• Assist with photography and videography needs as required
• Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designers and provide input on designs and projects
• Provide suggestions and feedback on designs to the Senior Graphic Designers and Creative Director as needed
• Assist in making design decisions that align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
• Support in managing and executing design projects, ensuring that they meet deadlines
• Provide guidance and support to Graphic Design interns, helping them understand and apply brand guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to provide input and feedback on designs
• Request and receive feedback on their designs from the Senior Graphic Designers, Creative Director, and other team members

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or a relevant internship experience, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Any experience in an agency or fast-paced client-side environment is a plus
• Creative eye and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Google Slides
• Basic skills in digital imaging, FA, and graphic design
• Basic motion graphics/video editing skills are a bonus
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, patient and willingness to be flexible and readjust priorities as needed
• Good communication and collaboration skills
