The programme seeks enthusiastic interns and fresh graduates eager to gain real-world experience, develop practical skills, and receive hands-on exposure to day-to-day operations in a supportive, customer-focused environment.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in daily operational and administrative activities.
• Assist with ongoing projects and departmental initiatives.
• Gain hands-on exposure to real business operations and workplace practices.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in providing a positive and memorable experience for customers.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development activities.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve work processes and customer experience.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude at work.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required by the supervisor or management.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Open to Internship students and Fresh Graduates.
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with little or no working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
