SERVICE CREW

Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as **Service Crew**. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

* Serve food and beverages according to the company’s service standards.

* Assist with basic food and beverage preparation when required.

* Handle cashiering duties, including cash and cashless transactions.

* Ensure tables, dining areas, counters, and workstations are kept clean and organised.

* Maintain proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

* Replenish supplies, packaging materials, condiments, and other operational items as required.

* Respond to customer enquiries and requests courteously and promptly.

* Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.

* Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and a positive customer experience.

* Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements.

* Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management from time to time.

Requirements

* Malaysian citizen.

* Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent is preferred.

* Previous experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage.

* Friendly, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to work effectively as part of a team.

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the outlet's operational requirements.

* Able to comply with the company’s grooming, hygiene, and food safety standards.
