Job Summary

The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth daily outlet operations, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and delivering a positive dining experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide prompt and courteous service.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
• Follow company procedures, food safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
• Support daily opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Replenish service supplies and monitor stock levels where necessary.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

1. Mandatory F&B Experience

• Applicants must have prior working experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Candidates without relevant F&B working experience will not be considered.
