Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Project Engineer at Drone Academy Asia. Key responsibilities include understanding and interpreting customer requirements to actionable solutions, demonstrating product capabilities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

Key Competencies

• Strong Technical Knowledge and Business Communication skills.
• Ability to Interpret Customer Needs and Provide Appropriate Solutions.
• Strong Problem-solving, Structured Thinking and Analytical skills.
• Demonstrates Intellectual Curiosity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred, but Fresh Graduates from All Disciplines are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate is alert, demonstrating sharp insight and the ability to take swift, effective action.

Responsibilities

• Successfully match client's pain points and requirements to proposed solutions.
• Conduct client product demos, workshops and trainings.
• Assist clients with product implementation, technical support and troubleshooting.
• Represent the organisation in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.
