Job Description

• Active cost control to achieve the budget. This cost control includes the incorporation of cost information for and active budgetary control of whole construction components.
• Draft quotations for potential new projects
• Assess quotations/invoices from subcontractors to tally with the contracted Bill of Quantity.
• Advise Project Manager on contractual matters.
• Liaise with consultants and clients.
• Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification is required at a minimum.
• Self-motivated, initiative, and independent with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and technical reporting skills.
• Possess good numerical skills and sharp analytical thinking.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and DWG Trueview).
• Able to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
