Job Description

Prepare and manage pre- and post-contract documentation, including tender, contract, and variation orders.

Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of contractor and consultant claims.

Monitor project budgets, track cost control, and highlight potential cost overruns.

Conduct site measurements and verify contractors’ progress claims.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure contract compliance.

Assist in procurement processes, including calling for quotations and evaluating submissions.

Maintain proper documentation for audit, reporting, and project tracking purposes.

Support final account preparation and settlement upon project completion.
