Job Description

As a QA Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure in the following areas:

• Assist in quality inspection and assurance activities.
• Learn and apply quality control procedures and inspection standards.
• Receive hands-on training in VMM inspection.
• Receive hands-on training in CMM inspection and measurement techniques.
• Assist in preparing inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance Department.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements – QA Engineer Trainee

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and measurement techniques is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn quality inspection methods and quality management systems.
• Willing to undergo hands-on training in inspection equipment such as Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Able to commit to the internship/training period as required by the company.
