As a Multimedia Intern you'll build short-form videos, visuals and social assets from concept to publish, helping the team scale content and learn production end-to-end.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Shoot short-form videos using phone or camera and prepare footage for editing.
• Edit clips into tight, platform-friendly videos with captions and simple motion graphics.

Social Distribution & Asset Management

• Adapt and resize assets for different platforms and help schedule posts for campaign timelines.
• Repurpose long-form material into shorts and story clips to increase reach.

Team Support & Learning

• Assist on-location and in-studio during shoots and help maintain the media asset library.
• Take feedback, apply revisions quickly, and document production notes for future use.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently studying or a recent graduate in multimedia, film, communication, design or a related field.
• No prior work experience required; 

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Video Editing and Social Media Content experience or coursework.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or mobile editing apps, and basic camera operation.
• Basic understanding of aspect ratios, captions, and platform constraints for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communication and openness to feedback, with a collaborative attitude.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet simple deadlines consistently.
