Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -
 

1. Production Supervising

• To plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance.
• Communicate and coordinate between Sales - Production - Logistic to ensure smooth delivery on time.

2. Compliance & Safety

• To prepare reports in timely manner.
• Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards ISO13485:2016.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

 3. Leadership guidance

• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Skills: -  

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, logistics or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Adequate communication & interpersonal skills. 
4. Basic knowledge of using MS Word, Excel & PPT.
5. A team player.
   

Preferred: -

• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams such as procurement, production, and logistics.
• Experience with planning software, demand forecasting, inventory management and production scheduling. 
• Knowledge in ISO13845:2016 may be an advantages.
