Job Description

• Handle day to day finance & accounting related tasks and assist in monitoring payables to ensure payments are made within credit term
• Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Assist with accounts and vendor communication
• Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Focusing on account receivables reconciliation
• Assist in ensuring approvals are made within Limit of Authority for payment requisitions
• Assist in updating cash books daily
• Ensure expenses are recognized in accordance with sound Accounting practices and company policies
• Additional duties and/or any task as assigned by superior
• Finance/ Accounting students are encouraged to apply
• No prior work experience required
• Passionate about learning and gaining experience in Finance field
• Demonstrate good teamwork abilities and is willing to go above and beyond

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in accounting, or a related field
• ACCA & LCCI students are welcomed to apply
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
• Other skills required are related to problem solving, entering and verifying data, knowledge of computers, various software applications and standard office equipment.
• Should have good written and oral communication skills.
