We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand &amp; Communications Manager to join our team and drive the development and execution of our brand identity and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. They will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience.

Your key responsibilities

<li>Develop and execute comprehensive brand and communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience</li>
<li>Lead the development and maintenance of the brand identity, including brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of external communications, including press releases, media relations, and public relations initiatives</li>
<li>Develop and curate a comprehensive calendar of brand activation and outreach initiatives</li>
<li>Create compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and initiatives</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and optimise strategies</li>
