Job Description
- Determine and define project scope and objectives, coordinate project management activities
- Produce & execute communication plan with stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth analysis of requirements/specifications and translate into user stories for the development teams
- Produce detailed project plan and work breakdown in line with project scope & objectives
- Plan and manage the resources needed to achieve project objectives
- Plan respective milestones and ensure that deliverables are met within stipulated time-frames and within the set budget
- Responsible for the preparation & coordination of User Acceptance Tests, Final Tests or commissioning process
- Key point of contact for clients and responsible in answering related queries in a timely manner
- Set client expectations and communicate effectively with the business and technical teams and provide timely project status
- Continuously learn and adopt new project management methods & tools to improve internal processes, quality of delivery
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in any related technical background, e.g. computer science or others
- 1-2 years’ experience in managing software/games related projects using Agile methodologies and approaches
- Excellent organisational skill is a must, including the ability to analyse tasks and prioritise
- High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to quick changing of priorities
- Ability to establish credibility with customers, build consensus and achieve goals through influence
- Able to write user stories, work breakdown structures and identify dependencies
- Knowledge in Web3 and Blockchain will be advantageous
