As a Service Crew member, you are the first and most consistent point of contact for our guests. You play a key role in delivering a warm, attentive, and well-paced dining experience while supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

This role requires awareness, teamwork, and pride in service, not just taking orders, but understanding timing, flow, and guest comfort.

Job Requirements

• Prior F&B experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
   
• Willingness to learn and follow service standards
   
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
   
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
   
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
   
• Able to communicate clearly in English; Mandarin is an advantage
