Position 1: Cashier

• Handle front counter orders, cash collection, and order processing.
• Promote membership plans, promotional activities, and new product recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation with the system.

Position 2: Kitchen Helper

• Prepare, wash, and cut ingredients; cook and serve dishes.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and perform stock counting.

Position 3: Service Crew

• Clean and organize the dine-in area; clear tables promptly to ensure a clean and orderly dining environment 
• Guide customers to collect their meals, maintain queue order, and assist with customer flow during peak hours 
• Replenish tableware, tissues, condiments, and other dining essentials as needed 
• Assist customers with basic requests, such as takeout services and directions to facilities 
• Perform opening and closing cleaning duties, including maintaining floors, tables, chairs, and trash areas

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English & Malay.
• Prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
