About Us:

We are a fast growing POS Saas company helping merchants streamline their daily operations through innovative technology solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Intern or recent graduate to join our Onboarding team in merchant onboarding, system configuration, and operational support. 

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assist in onboarding new merchants by configuring menus, products, and settings within the POS system.
• Support merchant applications and third-party integrations.
• Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure accurate and timely merchant activation.
• Create, update, and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic POS system issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Perform data entry, system updates, and other operational tasks as assigned.
• Support ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

 What You Bring to the Table:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
