Job Description

Join our dynamic design team within the Product & Technology department, dedicated to enhancing the user experience across the FeedMe ecosystem. As a pivotal member of the core product design unit, you will collaborate closely with the engineering team to implement a seamless and unified user interface, ensuring a consistent end-to-end user experience and adherence to detailed design guidelines across various B2C/B2B FeedMe products.

What you will do:

• Balance user and business goals to achieve desirable, viable, and feasible design solutions.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders, including product owner, engineers, and other designers in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Take a user-centric approach to the design process, methods, flows, and solutions.
• Conduct and facilitate ideation sessions, design validation, and usability testing to ensure the highest product quality standards.
• Take ownership of design by providing a system-wide view and caring for the Product Design team rituals that ensure more robust work across the entire team.
• Create comprehensive user personas, detailed mockups, prototypes, and a robust design system to eloquently convey interaction and design concepts.
• Seek input from various stakeholders and address issues that extend beyond the immediate team's responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Our minimum qualifications:

• Online portfolio showcasing a diverse array of interactive design samples.
• At least 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
• Maintain and contribute to the FeedMe design system while concurrently ensuring seamless integration for both B2B and B2C web and app applications.
• Acknowledging and respecting user-centric design and design thinking principles is crucial. Demonstrating a deep understanding involves effectively applying these principles in real-world situations.
• Experience in user research skill such as prioritization techniques, ideation sessions, design validation, and conducting usability tests.
• Ability to provide recommendations from the result of your research.
• Proficient in designing prototypes at various fidelity levels, with a strong emphasis on Figma as a crucial design tool. Additionally skilled in information architecture, guiding ideation through wireframing and flowcharts.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and rapidly adapt to new challenges as they arise.

Our preferred qualifications:

• Proven expertise in crafting user interfaces seamlessly across diverse platforms, including Android, iOS, and Web environments.
• Expert in Human-Computer Interaction and UI design, specializing in crafting seamless interactions for websites, apps, and software products.
• Proficient in visual design theory, design systems, accessibility standards, and practical knowledge of mobile and front-end web development. Ensures smooth handover to development teams with minimal follow-ups for cohesive and user-friendly solutions.
