Job Description

• Craft intuitive consumer journeys, user experience maps, and interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life.
• Design page layouts, templates, and essential web graphics to meet project requirements.
• Produce low-fidelity concepts, product briefs, wireframes, information architecture, and interaction flows.
• Develop responsive web templates optimized for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Create visual assets for websites, company brochures, and electronic newsletters that align with the brand identity.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to optimize user experiences.
• Draft detailed functional requirements and collaborate with engineers and other teams to execute cohesive design plans.
• Continuously improve the quality and performance of the company’s web portals through regular updates and enhancements.
• Implement SEO best practices in web designs to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Manage and maintain a centralized repository of design assets for efficient access and reuse.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in web design to ensure designs remain innovative and competitive.
• Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as required to meet organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in web design or graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web design, including responsive design, UI/UX, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Sketch.
• In-depth knowledge of color theory, typography, layout principles, and usability best practices for web interfaces.
• A keen sense of aesthetics and the ability to combine design principles with user psychology to create impactful designs.
• Excellent visual communication skills and proficiency in multimedia design techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and articulate design concepts clearly.
• Might need to travel for meeting purpose.
