Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Operate the POS system to scan items and process various payment methods (Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and E-wallets like Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, etc.).
  使用 POS 系统扫描商品、处理各种付款方式（现金、卡、电子钱包如 Touch 'n Go、Boost、GrabPay 等）。
  
• Accurately calculate change, apply discounts and promotions, and issue receipts.
  准确计算找零、折扣、促销，并开具收据。
  
• Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding prices or products, and provide friendly and excellent service.
  热情迎接顾客、解答价格/产品疑问，提供友好服务。
  
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and with a positive attitude.
  处理退货、换货及顾客投诉（以积极态度解决）。
  
• Perform daily closing, reconcile the cash drawer, and ensure zero discrepancies.
  每日结账、对账现金抽屉，确保无误差。
  
• Assist in packing items, organize the counter, and keep the surrounding checkout area clean and tidy.
  协助打包商品、整理柜台及周边区域保持清洁。
  
• Support other in-store tasks such as restocking shelves and assisting in promotional activities as needed.
  支持店内其他任务，如补货、上架、促销活动协助（视需要）。
  
• Comply strictly with company policies and health and hygiene standards.
  遵守公司政策及卫生标准。

Job Requirements

• Speaking Mandarin is compulsory to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking customers.
  必须通晓中文会话，以便与讲中文的顾客进行有效沟通。
  
• Friendly, energetic, honest, and customer-oriented.
  为人友善、充满活力、诚实可靠，且具备良好的客户服务意识。
  
• Previous experience as a cashier or in the F&B industry is an added advantage (fresh candidates with a great attitude are welcome to apply!).
  具备收银或餐饮业相关经验者为佳（但也欢迎态度良好的无经验者申请！）。

Salary & Benefits / 薪资与福利待遇

• Basic Salary / 基本薪资: RM2,400+ (Based on experience / 视经验而定)
