<li>Accurately calculate change, apply discounts and promotions, and issue receipts. 准确计算找零、折扣、促销，并开具收据。 </li>
<li>Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding prices or products, and provide friendly and excellent service. 热情迎接顾客、解答价格/产品疑问，提供友好服务。 </li>
<li>Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and with a positive attitude. 处理退货、换货及顾客投诉（以积极态度解决）。 </li>
<li>Perform daily closing, reconcile the cash drawer, and ensure zero discrepancies. 每日结账、对账现金抽屉，确保无误差。 </li>
<li>Assist in packing items, organize the counter, and keep the surrounding checkout area clean and tidy. 协助打包商品、整理柜台及周边区域保持清洁。 </li>
