<p><strong>The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently and accurately while delivering excellent customer service. This role also supports basic inventory tracking to ensure smooth daily operations at the front counter. <br></strong></p>

<li>Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter&nbsp;</li>
<li>Process payments via cash, card, and e-wallet systems&nbsp;</li>
<li>Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the POS system&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform daily opening and closing cash count procedures&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure sufficient change is available at all times&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in packing takeaway and delivery orders when required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor, update, and record stock levels for beverages, packaging, and counter items&nbsp;</li>
<li>Report low stock levels to supervisor and assist in stock replenishment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure stock usage is recorded accurately to avoid discrepancies&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
