As an accounting assistant, you will be the financial backbone for our finance operations by assisting with accounting data entry and reporting, supporting tax computation and preparing tax reports, and compiling documents and reports that make audits straightforward.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Daily finance operations

• You will enter invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting system with high accuracy and keep records up to date.

Tax and compliance

• You will assist with SST and corporate tax computations and prepare supporting schedules for submission.
• You will maintain tax documents and coordinate with senior staff to ensure filings meet regulatory timelines.

Audit and reporting

• You will compile organised, audit-ready folders and supporting schedules to make audits straightforward for reviewers.
• You will prepare regular financial summaries and ad hoc reports that help the team monitor cash flow and costs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You are enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and can use basic formulas to manage and analyse data.
• You have solid basic numeracy and familiarity with bookkeeping entries, invoices and reconciliations.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You communicate clearly in writing and verbally to work with team members and external contacts.
• You demonstrate high attention to detail and take responsibility for delivering accurate, timely financial records.
