About the Role:

The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (I) role will be responsible for providing end-to end user / business support for testing and quality assurance of the solution during project delivery. 

The QA is expected to: 

• Test requirement analysis, test case writing, test report output to ensure test quality. 
• To provide end-to-end user/ business support for the solution and application in project delivery. 
• To assist and execute test cases for new application requirement. 
• To troubleshoot and analyse application issue. 
• To manage and deploy application fixes/version release into various test environment. 
• To perform the testing and quality assurance tasks and test independently. 

Job Requirements

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 
• At least 3 Year(s) of experience in software testing and quality assurance. 
• Experience with ERP systems, digital applications, and mobile applications. 
• Experience in the telecommunications sector will be an advantage. 
• Understand the basic concept of Unix, Linux, programming, database and SQL. 
• Good understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) 
• Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Good communication skills in English, 
•  Ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantage (Not a must).
