Job Description

Job Summary

To provide general administrative and marketing support to the direct report and Executive Director of the Penang South Island Project

Key Responsibilities

1. To handle the department's daily operation and administrative works e.g. coordinating procurement matter

2. To assist in scheduling of meeting and meeting invite coordination

3. To maintain proper filing records for all incoming and outgoing correspondence, approval papers, requisitions and any other works related documents

4. To assist in gathering of data, carry out market research and competitor analysis

5. To assist in compilation of marketing materials

6. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing , International Business / other related courses
  • Minimum 10 weeks duration for Internship
  • CGPA 3.0 and above
