We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Marketing Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring marketing materials, processes, and on-ground activities are well-coordinated, timely, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced retail marketing environment.  
Key Responsibilities&nbsp;
1.Marketing Material Coordination&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Liaise with vendors and internal teams to manage the printing and production of marketing materials. </li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery and proper display of materials at retail outlets, in accordance with campaign briefs and brand guidelines. </li>
<li>Track material deployment and follow up with outlets to confirm compliance. </li>
</ul>
2.Procurement &amp; Inventory Support&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assist in the procurement process — from sourcing and raising requests to tracking deliveries — by working closely with the central support team and finance. </li>
<li>Manage marketing stock levels, merchandise, and promotional items, ensuring proper documentation and stock-in/out records are maintained. </li>
<li>Monitor and track staff marketing incentives to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper reporting. </li>
</ul>
3.Campaign &amp; Activation Support&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Coordinate arrangements for external promoters, ensuring they are scheduled, briefed, and present as required. </li>
<li>Support briefing and simple training of promoters to ensure understanding of campaign objectives and talking points. </li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and execution of campaign assets, including photo and video shoots, before, during, and after production. </li>
<li>Deliver marketing materials to outlets when necessary. </li>
<li>Support the marketing team in the preparation of campaign briefing decks and performance tracking sheets. </li>
</ul>
4.Insights &amp; Competitor Monitoring&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Conduct regular competitor and market landscape analysis, including pricing and utility usage monitoring, to inform strategic and tactical marketing decisions. </li>
<li>Monitor competitor promotions and retail activity, capturing insights to support campaign planning and brand positioning. </li>
<li>Consolidate customer and internal team feedback on campaigns and activations to support continuous improvement and post-mortem reviews. </li>
</ul>
5.General Administration &amp; Coordination&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of online documentation and filing systems related to marketing materials, campaign assets, vendor lists, and performance records. </li>
<li>Support outlet-based campaigns, including grand openings and special activations, by assisting with logistics and coordination tasks as needed. </li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the broader marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and daily operations.  &nbsp;</li>
