The Team

The Revenue Enablement Director function has been recently created to focus on accelerating growth from key product lines in the US. This new team member will provide a critical revenue driver in the commercial team – complementing the customer-driven approach of the sales team with a product-driven approach, seeking to maximize penetration of our big product bets in existing customers and new prospects. Training our GTM team will be a key focus and will become a conduit to feed information back and forth throughout the organization.

 

The Role

This role will report to the CRO of Loqate’s America Business, who sits on the senior management team. It is a sole contributor role but will be expected to form strong and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

 

What we're looking for

  • 5-10 years of experience in product enablement or a related function, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Aptitude for learning the ins and outs and technical nuances of our products
  • Experience in managing and updating product certifications
  • eCommerce industry expertise a plus, but will work across many verticals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Experience working for a global organization, coordinating with colleagues across different time zones
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability
  • Intrinsically motivated learner who is as comfortable working on their own as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create an innovative, collaborative, and supportive culture

This role will work in partnership with other cross-functional enablement team members .

 

  • The Revenue Enablement Manager position will design and manage the product enablement strategy to ensure all GTM teams have the product-selling skills, knowledge, and resources they need to be successful in their roles
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and hands on working experience with all GBG products
  • Link internal and external messaging; highly proficient at understanding how our products work so that they can provide internal product documentation, usage of the product via demos, presentations on value proposition, use cases, pricing, and full details for enablement of the new products
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding and seamless integration of the product roadmap and new features within GTM teams, empowering them to adeptly apply this knowledge to daily activities such as Sales demos, QBRs, fostering a consistently high level of product expertise across all customer touchpoints
  • Evaluate all product releases to extract critical information and tailor the communication to each GTM team based on their specific needs showcasing tangible value and relevant metrics
  • Build and keep strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders from Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, & Marketing) to ensure a deep understanding of their needs, learning objectives and skills gaps is factored into the successful launch of our products
  • Create and support training on Market trends, Sales Methodologies, Product releases and needs, etc...
  • Produce high-quality, detailed, and clear training materials (presentations, video tutorials, how-to guides, FAQs). Collaborate with others on Product Enablement to ensure these tools are properly aligned to internal use of products
  • Be an internal advocate and promoter of GBG/Loqate products, connecting stakeholders to our vision/strategy, and supporting department-specific product enablement needs
