Job Description

As an intern, you will be assigned either as a Front of House Service Crew member or as one of our Kitchen Crew member in one of our restaurants.

We run Western and Chinese F&B businesses in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. As an intern, we expect you to apply what you have learned and at the same time, our experienced team will also expose you to the actual front of house and kitchen operations. 

As a front of house crew member, you are expected to usher and greet the guests, take orders, set the table, serve the food, take reservation etc.

As a kitchen crem member, you are expected to assist the chefs getting the kitchen ready to start business, cleaning and clearing up the kitchen to close for the day, assist in replenishing raw materials and ingredients, food preparation and keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic. 

Upon completing the internship, we shall offer employment opportunities to successful candidates to further enhance their skills and experience at our chain of F&B restaurant outlets.

We shall conduct interviews to select the interns. Once identified, we will provide the following to successful candidates:

1. An internship allowance of RM8.00 an hour, excluding mealtimes.
2. Uniform for the intern.
3. Free in-house meals.
4. 6-days' work week. 
5. Personal accident insurance coverage.

Job Requirements

Open to 2nd year and above students from local Colleges and Universities who are currently studying under the faculties of Culinary and / or Hospitality diploma or degree programmes. The internship is between 1 and 3 months . We welcome students who are either looking for experiences during their semester breaks or are undergoing an internship programme as required by their faculties.

As a service and kitchen crew member, the candidate must be pleasant, polite, able to communicate and generally in good health. The candidate must also be able to listen and follow instructions,and work in a team. He/she must also be able to to speak Malay, Mandarin and English.
