Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a creative, fast-thinking Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes Instagram Reels and TikTok trends! If you love crafting stories through video, enjoy capturing magical wedding vibes, and are great at working with a team — we want to hear from you!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, can edit quickly using their phone or laptop (CapCut, mobile editing tools), and understands how to keep things classy, clean, and emotional — because we’re not selling products, we’re selling beautiful experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🎥 Content Creation & Editing

• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, setups, and event vibes using phone or camera 
• Edit videos using CapCut (mobile or desktop) with a fast turnaround
• Create classy and engaging Reels, TikToks, and Stories that match our elegant wedding brand tone
• Occasionally appear in videos as a talent (not always — we have a pool of talents)
   

📸 Photo & Video Shoots

• Assist with photo and video shoots at events or venue setups 
• Sometimes take the role of videographer or photographer when needed

📱 Social Media Management

• Help manage and update daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Work closely with the senior social media team for planning and scheduling content
• Prepare copywriting and captions that feel refined, emotional, and brand-aligned
   

📊 Growth & Engagement

• Stay on top of trending audio, hashtags, and algorithm shifts
• Monitor post performance, reach, and engagement
• Brainstorm ways to improve viewer connection and lead conversion

Job Requirements

Are You???:

 ✅ Creative and quick with video editing (especially CapCut)
✅ Up to date with Instagram Reels & TikTok trends
✅ Comfortable with both mobile and desktop editing
✅ Team player who loves working with others, not just behind the screen
✅ Can jump in as on-camera talent occasionally (but not all the time!)
✅ Passionate about weddings, classy aesthetics, and beautiful storytelling
✅ Organized, responsible, and good with deadlines
✅ Willing to learn about content planning, social media algorithms, and performance tracking

Bonus Points If You:

 ✨ Have basic knowledge of photography/videography using DSLR or mirrorless cameras
✨ Have experience managing a business or brand social media account
✨ Understand content that sells services, not just products
✨ Have good copywriting skills (English or BM)
