Key Responsibilities
Video Editing &amp; Post-Production
<ul>
<li>Edit short-form and long-form videos for:</li>
<ul>
<li>Social media reels</li>
<li>Campaign content</li>
<li>Event highlights &amp; recaps</li>
<li>KOL &amp; creator content</li>
</ul>
<li>Apply strong pacing, hooks, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.</li>
<li>Ensure videos meet platform specifications and trends.</li>
</ul>
Social-First Optimisation
<ul>
<li>Craft edits that maximise:</li>
<ul>
<li>First 3-second hook</li>
<li>Watch-through rate</li>
<li>Shareability &amp; saves</li>
</ul>
<li>Adapt content into multiple cut-downs and formats.</li>
<li>Apply captions, on-screen text, emojis, and callouts where relevant.</li>
</ul>
Brand &amp; Content Consistency
<ul>
<li>Maintain brand tone, colour, and visual identity across all videos.</li>
<li>Apply consistent subtitle styles, fonts, and motion elements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and messaging.</li>

Workflow &amp; Collaboration
