Job Description

Role Purpose

Plan, produce, and deliver high-impact video content optimised for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Long-form) and brand events. This role owns video execution from concept to delivery, ensuring content drives engagement, visibility, and conversion across digital and social commerce channels. 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years experience in video production for social media or digital brands.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram & YouTube content formats.
  • Comfortable with event shoots, fast-paced timelines, and last-minute changes.
  • Strong storytelling, organisational, and communication skills.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Planning

  • Own end-to-end video production for social media, campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Translate marketing briefs into clear storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
  • Manage on-ground shoots for events, activations, livestreams, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate talents, KOLs, hosts, locations, props, and schedules.

Social Media Content Execution

  • Produce short-form videos optimised for:
    • TikTok
    • Instagram /Facebook Reels
    • YouTube Shorts
    • BTS scene 
    • Events post coverage
  • Ensure content follows platform-specific best practices (hooks, pacing, framing, captions, trends).
  • Work closely with Social, KOL, and E-commerce teams to support sales-driven content.

Creative Direction & Quality Control

  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, storytelling, and visual identity.
  • Direct talents or KOLs during shoots to achieve strong on-camera performance.
  • Review footage and guide editing direction for maximum impact.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Collaborate with marketing, social, KOL, ecommerce, and design teams.
  • Manage timelines and ensure OTIF delivery of all video assets.
  • Support fast-turnaround content needs for campaigns, promos, and events.  

KPIs

  • OTIF delivery rate ≥ 95%
  • Engagement rate improvement (views, watch time, retention)
  • Content output consistency (weekly/monthly cadence)
  • Performance alignment with campaign objectives
