Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Create original posts including text captions, images, infographics, and short-form videos tailored to each platform.
• Video Production: Film, edit, and optimize video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or platform-native editors.
• Content Calendar: Plan and execute weekly/monthly schedules aligned with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
• Trend Research: Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to propose innovative content ideas.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand voice, identity, and values.
• Performance Monitoring: Track engagement metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to maximize reach and impact.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (portfolio may outweigh formal education).
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Strong knowledge of platform-specific content strategies (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, LinkedIn posts).
• Excellent writing skills for captions, scripts, and copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
