Job Description
- To assist Sales Team in quotation, performa Invoice, other documentation relevant tasks.
- To prepare tender document
- Attend to all customers enquiries (email &phone) ans ensure all enquiries are response on time.
- Prepare & follow up marketing material (tools) for sales team.
- To assist Sales General Manager in generating relevant reports & analysis.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and delivery( Logistic, Production & other department)
- Present the product and service in structured professional way ( after familiar all product knowledge)
- Compiling a monthly report on the consignment inventory and following up with sales representatives to retrieve samples that need to be retured.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business & Marketing or any other fields.
- Strong in generating social media like Tik-Tok,FB,XHS etc.
- Proficient in using AI tools to efficiently generate and refine reports.
