Job Description

1. Perform internal audits for all company operations.
2. Prepare audit reports and record the audit process.
3. Follow up on audit findings and monitor corrective actions.
4. Liaise with the IT team to obtain hardware and software quotations.
5. Check phone quotations for sales team campaigns.
6. Check sales team campaign point claims.
7. Check and confirm the piece-rate salary report.
8. Work independently under general supervision.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
2. Basic understanding of accounting and auditing principles. 
3. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports. 
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
5. Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software is an advantage. 
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
