Job Description
- Assist the Customer Service team in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and appointment scheduling.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
- Follow up with customers before and after service to gather feedback via WhatsApp.
- Support telemarketing activities to promote services using the provided leads.
- Liaise with outlets and other stakeholders to collect and organize customer details for master files.
- Ensure customer interactions meet the company’s Service Level Agreements (SLA) and deliver a positive experience.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to multitask, manage records, and follow processes accurately.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, basic Microsoft Office, and customer communication tools.
