Job Description

  • Assist the Customer Service team in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and appointment scheduling.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
  • Follow up with customers before and after service to gather feedback via WhatsApp.
  • Support telemarketing activities to promote services using the provided leads.
  • Liaise with outlets and other stakeholders to collect and organize customer details for master files.
  • Ensure customer interactions meet the company’s Service Level Agreements (SLA) and deliver a positive experience.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Able to multitask, manage records, and follow processes accurately.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, basic Microsoft Office, and customer communication tools.
