Job Description

1. Plan, film, and edit engaging video content for Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. Manage the whole content production process, from script writing and storyboard to filming, editing and final delivery.
3. Oversee daily content publishing, community engagement, and responses to inquiries across social media platforms.
4. Coordinate with KOLs and KOCs while collaborating closely with outlets and cross-functional departments.
5. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools to develop fresh, creative concepts that strengthen the brand.
6. Perform other marketing-related duties and specialized tasks as assigned to support team objectives. 

Job Requirements

• Have 2–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Cap cut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic working environment and manage multiple projects at the same time. 
•  Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred, as the role requires creating and managing Chinese-language content.
