Client and Partner Relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Development and Strategy

  • Work closely with product development and design teams to align product offerings with market demand.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Financial and Forecast Management

  • Assist in developing and managing the sales and marketing budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources for maximum ROI
  • Track sales performance metrics and report findings to management.

Market Analysis and Strategy 

  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to adjust strategies accordingly.

Marketing and Promotions

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Coordinate with Goodnite Marketing Team for advertising and promotional materials.

Sales Team Management

  • Design and deliver training programs for sales assistants to enhance their selling skills.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure consistent performance across outlets.
  • Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales assistants to tailor approaches based on local market needs


Job Requirements

 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Interior Design)
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the cabinetry industry
  • Knowledge: 
    • Strong understanding of cabinetry materials and industry trends
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Skills: 
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
    • Ability to travel as required
