About the Role

The Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals and agency objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, as well as the ability to foster collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support client objectives and enhance agency performance. 

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance to enhance their marketing efforts.

Budget Management:

• Oversee budget allocation for strategic initiatives, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

Industry Trends:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the agency at the forefront of the marketing landscape.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with creative, digital, and account management teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; 
• Proven experience more than 2 years in a strategic marketing role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics software.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and creativity.
