Job Description

1）Quality Assurance Management:

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans for the complete vehicle KD project.
• Ensure that the project follows the established standards, specifications, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the design, engineering, and production teams to guarantee product quality from development through to assembly.
• Monitor and ensure that quality assurance procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

2）Quality Control Activities:

• Perform inspections, testing, and audits of KD parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify any defects or non-conformance issues and work with relevant teams to take corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Conduct incoming material and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality expectations.

3）Supplier Quality Management:

• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring they meet required quality standards for KD parts.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Participate in the supplier selection and evaluation process, ensuring that suppliers align with the project's quality requirements.

4）Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement:

• Investigate and resolve quality issues that arise during production, ensuring minimal impact on the project schedule and cost.
• Implement root cause analysis and corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence of quality issues.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control methods.

5）Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare detailed quality control reports, summarizing the results of inspections and tests.
• Ensure proper documentation of quality control procedures, findings, and resolutions.
• Communicate quality-related updates to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely information flow.

6）Compliance and Standards Adherence:

• Ensure that all KD parts and completed vehicles comply with national and international automotive safety and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements relevant to quality control and assurance in automotive manufacturing.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Quality Control or equivalent.
• Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, we are also seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with working experience in automotive industry.
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka.
• Full-time position.
