About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Intern – Junior Consultant / Trainer to support the delivery and development of innovation training modules. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founder on high-impact projects involving digital transformation, innovation readiness, and agile methodologies for corporate clients.

You’ll be involved in research, proposal development, and basic training delivery – gaining real-world consulting experience in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Desktop Research:
  Conduct background research on innovation trends, case studies, industry benchmarks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Agile).
  
  
• Proposal Development:
  Assist in preparing client-facing proposals and decks. This includes structuring content, refining messaging, and ensuring alignment with client needs.
  
  
• Training Support:
  Participate in the delivery of basic innovation modules to corporate participants. Tasks may include facilitating exercises, co-presenting introductory content, and handling Q&A.
  
  
• Project Coordination:
  Support planning and logistics for workshops and training sessions (virtual and in-person), including managing schedules, documentation, and feedback collection.
  
  
• Content Development:
  Assist in creating or updating training materials, case studies, worksheets, and templates.
  
  
• Administrative Support (as needed):
  Help with documentation, note-taking, and follow-up tasks during client engagements.
  
  Work Arrangement
• Flexible: Work may be conducted on-site at client locations, at our office, or remotely, depending on project requirements.
• You may be required to travel locally for selected engagements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Proficient in PowerPoint / Google Slides and basic Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable working independently, with guidance
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced training / consulting environment

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Agile, Design Thinking)
• Experience in student consulting projects, business case competitions, or facilitation roles during school.
