Key Responsibilities :&nbsp;&nbsp;
Administrative &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for the Senior Director and Business Operations team</li>
<li>Prepare agendas, minutes, and track follow-ups</li>
<li>Handle documentation, filing systems, and internal communications</li>
<li>Support onboarding, team events, and vendor/expense coordination</li>
<li>Assist in preparing client documents, proposals, and presentations</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Data Management
<ul>
<li>Consolidate and maintain performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)</li>
<li>Build and update dashboards for key metrics and KPIs</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of data from multiple sources</li>
<li>Support preparation of leadership and Board-level reports</li>
<li>Track project milestones, OKRs, and contract renewals</li>
</ul>
Business Analysis &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis</li>
<li>Support business cases, financial models, and cost analysis</li>
<li>Analyse client data and operational performance for insights</li>
<li>Identify revenue opportunities and inefficiencies</li>
<li>Prepare performance reviews and account health reports</li>
</ul>
Key Accounts Support
<ul>
<li>Coordinate client requests and ensure timely follow-ups</li>
<li>Support client meetings, QBRs, and account planning</li>
<li>Maintain client records and CRM updates</li>
<li>Track deliverables under client agreements and SLAs</li>
