Job Description
What You'll Do:
As our Operations Executive, your job is to be the backbone of our operation. You'll be responsible for making sure things run smoothly day in and day out. Here's what you'll be up to:
- Handle HR tasks, ie leave application, claims calculation, statutory payments submission and etc
- Talent Scout - assist in hiring interns and full-time employees, making sure we bring in top-notch talent
- Performance Review - organise and schedule for performance reviews, ensuring everyone gets their fair share of feedback
- Efficiency - keep our SOP tracker up to date, always find ways to make things more efficient and effective
- Data Whiz - maintain our database tracker, consistently updating it to keep our information accurate and accessible
- Budget Tracker - keep a close eye on the spendings, whether it's for company outing, claims or other expenses
- Team Player - work closely with different teams to make sure everyone's on the same page and working toward our goals
- Event Planner - take a lead in planning company outings for occassions like CNY, Raya, Christmas and company trip
- Jack/Jill of All Trades - be prepared to tackle any other ad-hoc tasks that may come your way, as assigned by your Manager or the Company
